    The National Center for Art Research Symposium (contracted by Independent Administrative Institution National Museum of Art: OMC, Incorporated) collects information from users of the registration form to the extent necessary for the smooth operation of the symposium.     1. The application form automatically collects your IP address and the application information you enter. The information collected will be used as a reference to ensure the safe and smooth operation of the symposium.
    2. The information registered on the application form will be used by Independent Administrative Institution National Museum of Art and OMC, Incorporated, the organizer of this event, to provide information to conduct surveys and for symposium management purposes.

    1. The secretariat will not disclose the collected information unless there is a legal disclosure request, illegal access, threats or other illegal acts, or other special reasons. We will not use it for purposes other than those specified in, or provide it to third parties other than Independent Administrative Institution National Museum of Art.
